10.1 Voluntary Termination
If you find it necessary to resign your employment with JT Timber Falling, Inc., you are asked to give at least two (2) weeks advance notice Jim Trumble, specifying your last day of work.
Circumstances may exist where JT Timber Falling, Inc. will exercise its right to immediately accept an employee's resignation and to accelerate the final date of employment. JT Timber Falling, Inc. reserves its right to accept a resignation and recognize an employee's termination date as any date it chooses between the date the resignation is submitted and the date designated by the employee as the last day of employment and compensation.

10.1 Terminación Voluntaria
Si resulta necesario renunciar su empleo con JT Timber Falling, Inc., se le pide que proporciones aviso previo de por lo menos dos (2) semanas a Jim Trumble, especificando su último día.
Pueden existir circunstancias donde JT Timber Falling, Inc. ejercitará su derecho de aceptar inmediatamente la renuncia de un empleado y acelerar el día final de empleo. JT Timber Falling, Inc. se reserve su derecho de aceptar una renuncia y reconocer la fecha de terminación del empleo como cualquier fecha que escoja entre el día que se presente la renuncia y el día designado por el empleado como el último dia de empleo y compensación.
10.2 Voluntary Termination – Final Paycheck
Employees who terminate employment with JT Timber Falling, Inc. will be given their final paycheck on the next scheduled pay day. Should the employee be unable to personally retrieve their paycheck, it will be mailed to the address on file unless the JT Timber Falling, Inc. office is otherwise notified in writing from the employee.

10.2 Terminación Voluntaria – Cheque Final
Los empleados que terminen su empleo con JT Timber Falling, Inc. recibirán su cheque final en el próximo día de pago programado. En el caso de que no pueda recobrar personalmente su cheque, será enviado a la dirección en el registro, a menos que el empleado haga otros arreglos por escrito con la oficina de JT Timber Falling, Inc.
10.3 Involuntary Termination - Final Paycheck
Employees who have employment terminated involuntarily with JT Timber Falling, Inc. will be given their final paycheck upon turning in daily sheet, keys, and other property belonging to JT Timber Falling, Inc. If no one is in the office to calculate and print the final paycheck, it will be calculated and completed as soon as a person arrives at the office. Should the employee be unable to personally retrieve their paycheck, it will be mailed to the address on file.

10.3 Involuntary Termination - Final Paycheck
Employees who have employment terminated involuntarily with JT Timber Falling, Inc. will be given their final paycheck upon turning in daily sheet, keys, and other property belonging to JT Timber Falling, Inc. If no one is in the office to calculate and print the final paycheck, it will be calculated and completed as soon as a person arrives at the office. Should the employee be unable to personally retrieve their paycheck, it will be mailed to the address on file.
